The Ultreo Ultrasound Toothbrush

I haven't owned an electric toothbrush in a very long time. So long in fact that my last one was a She-Ra Princess of Power brush and the base was her castle! We'll just say it's been awhile since I've used one. So I jumped at the chance when Mom Fuse asked me to try out the Ultre ultrasound toothbrush. Especially since it's so important to keep a clean and healthy mouth during pregnancy!

I didn't quite know what to expect when I opened up the package, but was pleasantly surprised at it's slim design and the fact that it was very comfortable to hold and quite light as well. The charger/base is also very small and doesn't take up much space on my bathroom counter at all!

This brush is also very high tech with it's sonic bristles and power tip that create the bubbles and clean away plaque, and it's ultrasound waveguide that channels ultrasound energy into the bubbles for a longer lasting clean feeling. It also has a two minute shut off timer that I found very convenient (I don't think I had been brushing long enough before!) and it even gives you little beeps each 30 seconds to switch "zones".

The first time I used it I didn't quite know what to expect. The bristles on this brush don't actually move around like other electric toothbrushes I've seen. They more or less vibrate and you then move the brush around in circles on your teeth. It was very gentle on my gums and didn't cause any tenderness at all and it's small size made it easy to reach the back teeth. It also cleaned in between my teeth much better than my old manual toothbrush. So much better in fact that flossing afterward almost seemed pointless. (Almost. My dentist would not be happy if I stopped flossing!) When the two minutes was up, the brush shut itself off and I was extremely pleased at how clean my teeth where! It felt like I had just left the dentist office.

It has taken me a little while to get used to the brush itself as the waveguide (in the middle of the brush) tends to make my teeth vibrate a bit when I don't have the brush positioned correctly. So after some trial and error, I've figured out how it needs to be held in order to clean most effectively and comfortably. After a week of using it though, I can say it works much, much better than my manual toothbrush!

I am excited though, since I am a fanatic about having
clean, white teeth, and this brush does it naturally.
While manual toothbrushes are still popular nowadays, some people have already been upgrading to electric toothbrushes.
Even children themselves will get to see the difference, as their teeth look brighter and feel smoother and thus, cleaner.

Believe it or not, just by sitting down during this bicep curl workout will actually add a degree of intensity.
In addition to a standard straight bar is the "E-Z" bar, which is very popular for biceps routines, because the bent nature of the
middle portions of the bar allow you to use it with inward palms, eliminating wrist strain.
To add variety to your routine one must mix up your
reps, sets, weight used, rest periods, exercises, duration,
and intensity.

Michaels offers a large variety of yarn, thread, floss, kits and
cutting tools. Old Maid Cards and Uno are also perfect options.
The craft classes are usually not too expensive either.
